Welcome to June, operated by Think June Ltd. (“June”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the June website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using June, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. The Service
June is a software-as-a-service platform that helps users capture, organise, and develop ideas using text, speech, images, screen captures, and AI-powered features.
The Service is intended for personal idea capture and creative exploration. June does not position itself as a fact-based, authoritative, or professional advice platform.
3. Accounts and Authentication
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You may register using supported authentication methods, including Google Sign-In and Apple ID.
June uses authentication data solely to identify and authenticate users. We do not store Google account profile data beyond what is necessary for login.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. User Content
You retain full ownership of any content you create, upload, or store in June (“User Content”).
By using the Service, you grant June a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and use your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service, including enabling AI features.
June does not publish or share User Content publicly.
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any applicable laws. Illegal content must not be uploaded or stored in the Service.
5. AI Features
June uses third-party AI models to enable certain features of the Service. User Content may be sent to these models for processing in order to provide AI-powered functionality.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You acknowledge and agree that:

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its systems
Attempt to access the Service through unauthorised means
Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action for violations of these Terms.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
You violate these Terms
Your use poses a risk to the Service or other users
We are required to do so by law
You may terminate your account at any time.
Upon account termination, your data may be permanently deleted and is not recoverable.
8. Fees and Payments
The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. If we do, additional terms will apply and you will be notified in advance.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, June disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, June shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or loss of use.
In no event shall June’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you to June in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or NZD $0 if no fees were paid.
12. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where arbitration applies.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
